Production Access Guarantee
Clear Terms

At 12Testers, we are committed to helping you succeed on the Google Play Store. We stand behind our service with our Production Access Guarantee. We are committed to your success. If you don't get production access, we will work with you until you do, or provide a full refund.

1. Production Access Guarantee

We guarantee that our 12 testers will remain opted-in and active for the required 14 continuous days. If our testers drop out or fail to meet the requirements, causing your application to be rejected for "insufficient testing", we will:

  • Restart the 14-day testing period for free.
  • Or, provide a full refund if we are unable to fulfill the requirement.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You have not yet started the testing process (testers have not been assigned).
  • Technological issues on our end prevent us from delivering the service.
  • We fail to provide the 12 testers as promised.

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • Google rejects your app for policy violations (content, intellectual property, etc.) unrelated to sufficient testing.
  • You cancel the service after the 14-day testing period has successfully started.
  • You fail to setup the testing track correctly in your Google Play Console (though we will help you fix this!).

3. How to Request

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your Order ID and the reason for the request. We aim to process all valid refund requests within 3-5 business days.
