After meeting the closed-testing minimum, you apply from the Play Console Dashboard. Google’s current form covers your closed test, your app or game, and your production readiness.
Your answers should explain tester behavior, feedback, app context, changes made, and readiness checks. Generic claims provide less useful context than specific evidence from your testing record.
The writing patterns below are not copy-and-paste answers. Replace every detail with information you actually observed, measured, or completed for your app.
Google asks how easy tester recruitment was, how testers engaged, whether usage matched expected production behavior, what feedback you received, and how you collected it.
Google asks for your target audience, the value your app provides or what makes your game unique, and an estimated first-year install range.
Google asks what you changed based on the closed test and how you determined that the app or game was ready for production.

Name the user workflows testers covered, explain whether behavior resembled expected users, and note any meaningful differences you observed. Use only activities from your test record.
